• Achieve the Assets Plan’s objectives by concentrating on the balances, volumes, and earnings produced by Private Banking, Sadara, and Personal Banking customers.
• Work together with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, to advance and meet sales and retention goals.
• Manage the present product lineup and be in charge of delivering new Assets goods and services.
• Assure the efficient implementation of product initiatives through good project management, stakeholder management, and communications.
• To suggest and put into action plans for the Assets products, such as product development plans and volume and annual income budgets.
• Keep an eye on market, customer, and regulatory changes while spotting risks and opportunities, then suggest suitable actions.
• To consistently assess agreed-upon company objectives and to suggest and carry out actions to guarantee that they are met.
• Make sure the business is managed and protected in accordance with Qatari and CBQ legislation by putting in place the necessary controls and processes.
• Product Management
• Assist in the execution of the Retail-wide Assets product and sales strategy and guarantee the accomplishment of underlying goals.
• Finances and the budget
• Assist in creating the Assets’ annual budget, co-own the product, and keep a close eye on its financial performance.
• Sales tracking
• Regularly compare sales performance to the budget for each distribution channel to ensure that the set budgets are met.
• Assure that all sales operations are carried out in accordance with QCB legislation, CB controls, and quality standards.
• Assist stakeholders in implementing asset cross-selling strategies across all market segments.

Additional Responsibilities:

Reports and MIS

• Comply with CB and QCB reporting requirements, policies, and standards by producing departmental MIS statements and reports as needed outside of the Analytics team.
• Provide and/or analyse periodic reports to provide light on the actions and performance of Assets items currently on the market.

Training:

• – Ensure that all workers doing any tasks associated with Assets Products have received the necessary training.

Continual Development:

• Encourage cross-functional teams and contribute to the discovery of possibilities for continuous improvement in marketing communications, practises, and practises, while improving cross-sales, customer activity, and experience, in accordance with “international leading practise”
• Align all product and customer journeys with the bank’s digital transformation plan.

Systems, processes, policies, and procedures:

• Make suggestions for changes to functional procedure and oversee the implementation of guidelines and controls pertaining to a particular area of activity to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory, credit, risk, audit, and other requirements while providing a high-quality service.

• In a designated area of operation, ensure adherence to all pertinent quality, health, safety, and environmental management procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, compliance, the provision of high-quality goods and services, and a considerate approach to the environment.

Skills \Education:
